Sometimes our visions or goals just seem too big, overwhelming, unattainable or uncertain that we don’t even know where to start. So, we don’t.
As your accountability partner, I will help you start moving towards your goals and will continue to support you until you achieve them.
The first step in moving forward is to clarify exactly what it is that you want to do ... do you want to refresh your business practices? blog more? attain a more fulfilling work-life balance? earn a new certificate or degree? do something but you just don't know what that something is?
After you've clarified and defined what it is that you want to do, we'll work together as you continue to walk down your path towards success. I believe that taking many small steps, rather than a few big ones, is the most effective way to achieve and sustain your goals. So, that’s just what you’ll do. And, I’ll be there every step of the way.
Taking that first step is hard, but just thinking about what you want to do, but then doing nothing, isn't going to move you any closer to achieving it. You just need to take that first step, that first action, and then you’ll be on your way!

We'll start with a 30-minute complimentary session so that we can learn about each other. This session is a time for me to learn what you seek to achieve through coaching and for you to understand more about me and my coaching services. Together we will determine if we’re the right fit for each other.
Coaching sessions take place in person, by phone or by video conference. The frequency of the sessions is determined by you considering your goals and your timeline. The duration of each session is up to 60 minutes. The length of the coaching engagement is a minimum of 3 months to up to 1 year.
